Sherwood Hometown Hero: Kellie Wall
We would like for you to meet this week’s Hometown Hero: Kellie Wall!
Kelli is the president of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce. Last year, under her guidance, the Sherwood Chamber managed to successfully create a City Guide to highlight and showcase the great city! She says it was a lot of work, but the end result was beautiful! Kelli loves the small-town community vibe you receive from the people of Sherwood. If you jump in and get involved the people will accept you into the family. “Sherwood is a family I am proud to be a part of!” she exclaims.
Outside of her work with the Chamber, Kelli feels one of her biggest accomplishments is helping her husband start his business in 2013. It was a big feat, but they managed to develop a marketing strategy that enabled his agency to achieve the ranking of the top agency in the Southern Region. Although she no longer handles his marketing, the agency has remained successful by continuing the processes she helped implement.
Her greatest personal achievement is raising her three wonderful children who all have a deep love and a strong faith. In her free time, Kelli enjoys watching her kids play sports and reading on the beach.
Fun Fact: Kelli’s family has a sno-ball food truck called "SugaRush" that they run from April through October. Kelli makes an awesome sno-ball stuffed with ice cream and topped with sweet cream, whipped cream, and other goodies.
