Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Strain the pumpkin guts from the pumpkin seeds by rinsing the gunk off in a colander. After the seeds are cleaned off, place them on a baking sheet to dry overnight. The next day, preheat your oven to 325 °F. Take a clean baking sheet and spray it with the non-stick cooking spray. Toss the seeds in a bowl with the olive oil and garlic salt and then spread them out on a greased baking sheet. Bake the seeds for 20 to 30 minutes until the seeds are a golden brown, stirring the seeds around halfway through the cooking time. Sample the seeds and add more seasonings if desired!
