Ice Chest Hot Box Hack
Want to do some food prep before the house gets crowded when the family starts gathering together for Thanksgiving? Don’t worry about the food getting cold when you try this quick and easy Turkey Day hack! All you need is some aluminum foil, some folded towels, and an ice chest.
You read that right… an ice chest!
Ice chests are insulated containers, so they can keep their contents hot or cold depending on how they’re set up. You can turn your ice chest into a warming drawer by lining it with aluminum foil and then placing the folded towels on top. Once you take your hot dishes out of the oven (and let them cool for a moment, of course) you can place them inside the ice chest, and they will stay warm.
