Hey moms and dads! Want something fun and safe to do with your kids this Halloween? Well, check out these fun Halloween and fall-themed activities this month!

They will be reading books like Nursery Rhymes, Pumpkin Pumpkin, Fall Leaves, It's Pumpkin Time, and Moonlight the Halloween Cat. They will also have optional Flannel board stories, puzzles, and coloring sheet handouts!
October 19
Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Shreveport, LA will be hosting the Thomas Family Benefit Barrel Race! Come join the fun!
October 31
Come join Klondike at our trunk-or-treat on October 31, from 5-8 pm at our location at 4526 Northport Blvd., Shreveport, LA! Trunk-or-treating is a much safer alternative to regular trick-or-treating. Instead of roaming the streets in the dark, you can bring your children to the clinic and drop by decorated cars to get candy. You don’t have to worry about keeping your kids safe and out of the road or be afraid that they will get candy that could have something in it that can harm them.
This event will be free, so anyone interested can attend. Have fun and stay safe this Halloween and come spend it with us. We hope to see you there!
November 2
Bring the whole family to Northwood High School at 5939 Old Mooringsport Rd., Shreveport, LA For the Love of Cars event on Saturday, November 2 from 11 am to 6 pm.
If cars aren’t your family’s thing, come join the fun at Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park from 12-4 pm for Art in the Park. This event is free and will feature local artists whose work shows or utilizes nature!
