Edmond VIP Fall Festival
We are so excited to announce our clinic will be opening here in Edmond, OK on October 9, 2018!
To kick off this exciting new journey, we're holding a VIP Fall Festival the day before we open! The celebration will be held October 8 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at our new location at 2300 E. 2nd St, Edmond, OK 73034. This Fall Festival is fit for the whole family, and we hope to see everyone there.
There will be food for everyone catered by Chick-fil-a, live music by Jason Scott, fun fall-themed crafts for the entire family, and plenty of games for both kids and adults! While the kids are playing, adults can take a chance at playing Crack the Vault for a chance to win $10K in honor of the 10,000 reasons why the community will love HealthCARE Express. Only 200 people can participate in the Crack the Vault challenge, so text “HCEED” to 64600 to reserve a spot to play at the Fall Festival. The clinic will also be open for tours, and there will be a chance to meet and greet the staff that will be here to take care of this awesome community.
During the festivities, the city of Edmond will inform the community that the week of our opening will be known as Health Awareness Week! We want to keep health at the forefronts of the minds of the citizens here in Edmond so the community members can all lead the best lives possible. We want to show everyone living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be hard and that it, on the contrary, can actually be fun!
Each day of Health Awareness Week will spotlight different aspects of health, from eating right to exercising:
Monday, October 8
Come tour the clinic and learn about health and wellness while seeing the new building. We will be offering free blood pressure screenings to any attendees interested!
Tuesday, October 9
The clinic is open! We will finally be able to start serving the needs of the community. Visit the clinic to receive an annual wellness checkup, no appointment necessary.
Wednesday, October 10
This day is diabetes awareness day. In honor of this, we will be offering $25 diabetes tests to patients all day long.
Thursday, October 11
Parents and their children with their favorite toys are invited by the clinic for a free visit to the Teddy Bear Clinic. We conduct teddy bear clinics to help make doctor’s visits less scary for children. While here, children can also receive a free school and sports physical.
Friday, October 12
Stop by HealthCARE Express at any point during the day for cholesterol tests for just $35!
